Return and Refund Policy
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional offers included in its case, and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.
Once the goods have been received in our warehouses and the condition of the goods has been verified, they will be refunded according to the method of payment made by the customer. In the case of payment in cash, the refund will be made by sending a check.
In any case, defective products and mistaken shipments may be returned and Newger Lda. will be responsible for collecting the products within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the shipment. – Sollac Tintas will be responsible for collecting the products if the customer informs us of this within fourteen (14) days of receiving the shipment.
Newger Lda. – Sollac Tintas assumes responsibility for defects in the origin or raw materials of the product purchased and, should this occur, the product will be repaired, exchanged or returned at no cost to the customer.
The product will not be accepted for return once it has been used or if it has been altered or modified.
Newger Lda. – Sollac Tintas is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, knocks or causes of force majeure, nor for components subjected to wear and tear through normal use of the product.
The following products cannot be returned unless they are in their original packaging, are defective or have been sent incorrectly:
Products branded NCS, RAL, Sollac Tintas, Maris Polymers, Graco, Werku, Gaehsa, Den Braven, Soudal, Indasa, 3M, Miarco, Universal, MTN.
The following products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or have been sent incorrectly:
Customized products (paints, waterproofing, engineered cork, membranes, primers, and by-products that have been ordered with color adjustments).

WARRANTY
In the event of a manufacturer’s warranty, in order to validate it, you must fill in the details on the warranty and send it, within 7 days, to Estrada Nacional 8, Pavilhões FAS, Pav. B09, Cruz de Barro – 2560-241 Torres Vedras. Once stamped, it will be returned by post.
This does not include defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, non-compatible voltage, incorrect installation or application.

ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sollac Tintas® – Newger Lda. is the owner of this website and all its contents, which are protected by national and international intellectual property regulations.
The user is responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data provided. In the event of non-compliance with any of these obligations, the user will be solely responsible for the consequences that may arise, and Sollac Tintas® – Newger Lda. will not be held liable for this.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Any order is subject to the availability of the product and in the event of non-availability or difficulty of supply, Sollac Tintas® – Newger Lda. reserves the right to inform the user of the existence of alternative products, of equal or greater quality and value, which the user may order.
In the event that the user is not interested in ordering the alternative products, the sums paid by the user will be refunded.
PRICES
All the prices of the products listed in the Sollac Tintas® – Newger Lda. Online Shop include the legal VAT rate in force, as well as any other fees or taxes in force at the time of purchase. The total VAT payable will be itemized on the invoice you will receive upon delivery of the goods.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Multibanco Bank Reference, MB Way, Paypal or Bank Transfer. Once payment has been confirmed by our payment center, your bank account will be debited within a maximum of 4 days of the order date.
For greater convenience and security, Sollac Tintas® – Newger Lda. has teamed up with Eupago to manage payment methods.

ATM reference: The customer has the maximum period indicated in the order confirmation email to make the payment at an ATM or Home banking, using the data provided (entity / reference / amount). If payment is not made within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled;
MB Way: With MB WAY, the customer can pay for their order using their cell phone number associated with this service; Orders paid for by MB WAY are automatically canceled if they are not paid for within 5 minutes; Payments via MB WAY do not require proof of payment; Payment via MB WAY is only available for online store orders.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs do apply, but in some cases, for certain products or promotions, they may be free of charge.
SHIPPING METHOD
Shipping costs to mainland Portugal usually take between 24h/48h, but are made by a contracted carrier, and shipping times and unforeseen events can happen, to which Sollac Tintas® – Newger Lda. is unaware.
