In order to help the Henriques Nogueira School with the “Eco Schools” project, the Torre company Sollac Tintas took responsibility for recycling all the plastic from this school.
“As this initiative is totally in line with our company’s values, the response was immediate: we’re here to help.”
Strengthening the environmental management system, continuing to work on the 11139693 ECOLUB Certification; optimizing the use of resources, improving energy efficiency and controlling the consumption of water and raw materials; and reducing energy consumption in production by 15%, limiting our impact on the environment mainly by reducing our waste; these are the three main pillars of Sollac Tintas’ environmental strategy.
Eco-Schools is an international program run by the Foundation for Environmental Education and has been developed in Portugal since 1996 by ABAE.
