Notice to Customers and Suppliers

1) Customer service at the factory and Sollac Tintas stores will be behind closed doors. In the case of the factory, an anteroom will be created and materials and invoices will be delivered there, without contact with any employee;2) All unloading by supplier drivers will be done through the side gate (which will be used only for this purpose);3) Meetings with suppliers that were scheduled, or any work that a supplier had to do on our premises, scheduled or not, will be rescheduled for a new date to be defined or carried out via digital means, if this is possible.4) All employees who come into contact with the outside world, in particular with customers and/or supplier drivers, are obliged to wear gloves and masks provided by the company;5) Our sales technicians should avoid visiting customers and should take orders by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or E-Mail and give preference to customers picking up the materials at the factory. If it is not possible for customers to pick up the material from the factory or stores, our sales technicians should leave the material with the customers, outside the store or on the customer’s site, and there should be no physical contact;6) Antiseptic washing solution will be made available in the delivery room and at the supplier unloading point, and must be used whenever there is a transaction;7) All customers and suppliers must respect these company directives, because this is the only way to respect your health and the health of everyone else.We believe that this is a time when we should all reflect and do our utmost for each other and for our loved ones, while respecting all the directives that come our way.The management,March 15, 2020
